ARTICLE 6 OF THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER

I wonder why action has not been taken regarding "Membership" against those who continually violate peace proposals and the UN Charter itself.

The reason is self-explanatory. It all depends on your status within the organisation. Despite appearances, there is a two branch system. The most important aspect of the UN is the Security Council. They are "responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security."

It has 15 Members, and each Member has one vote. Sounds simple enough. Except, there are FIVE Permanent Members. The TEN non-permanent members are on rotation. (Depending upon being elected by the General Assembly for two-year terms). The permanent membership was "granted to five states based on their importance in the aftermath of World War II."

These Five Permanent Members Are:
China, France, Russian Federation, United Kingdom & United States

Permanent Members of the Security Council have one power that is strictly reserved. Veto powers over every resolution. If you are protected by a "Permanent Member," even the core purpose of the United Nations can be undermined. Recently, we have realised that international peace has been exposed and compromised. In fact, it has been forfeited and abandoned in favour of supporting extreme ideology. Which is exactly what started World War II.
